About the Sons of Norway - Columbia Lodge 2-58
in Vancouver, WA -- Celebrating its 75th year
The Columbia Lodge, organized on October 14, 1949, is among the 24 local Sons of Norway lodges in communities throughout the state of Washington. The 1928 map shown above, found among the records of the Clark County Historical Museum, indicates that the present-day Columbia Lodge building in the Vancouver west side Hough Neighborhood was formerly a church!
Many activities at the Columbia Lodge are open to the general public. Click the "Events" tab above for our monthly Social Event, Genealogy Interest Group, Sunday brunches, and annual Christmas Bazaar in December.
Columbia Lodge has a wide variety of social events for all ages, and a monthly newsletter, The Nyhetter.
Columbia Lodge activities encourage expression of Norwegian culture and community concern.
